Id leave a negative galaxy of stars if I could. My account has a 1588.70 charge pending. I did not authorize this charge. I signed nothing. The rental came out to a lot more than I was prepared to pay/quoted on the phone and I left with out the car. The clerk said the hold would be over in a couple days. I wasnt told a hold would be put on my account before he ran my card. I assumed that like the box truck I had returned to a different location days earlier I wouldn't be charged till I returned the vehicle. A couple days has past and I am now told the hold will be for another 7-10 working days. This is unacceptable. I need my money NOW. I did not authorize this charge and need the money to complete my move or I will loose my possessions. I have days to complete my move . I tried to send in a copy of the bank statement to Budget as requested. The email address I was given to send it to is invalid and has bounced back. How they can charge me for a rental I didnt sign for or receive is horrifying.
The worst customer service ever!! I only had the vehicle for 22hrs and got charged for 2days because they recieved the vehicle 4min later, saying their closed but were clearly still open. This place is a rip off I will never do business here again, save your time and go somewhere else where they actually care about their customers and not just your money. It totally makes sense why their rating is 2stars, believe it, I wouldn't even give them one if that was an option!
