Broder Café

Broder is amazingly delicious. A gem of Clinton Street. There's a good reason why there's a wait list to get in for breakfast and lunch. I don't know anything about Norwegian food, so I can't comment on the authenticity, but the food was delicious and very different from what I'm used to. The service is very European, which means they leave you alone. If you're not used to that, you may feel ignored. The food did take longer than usual to get to the table, but I'm not a person that is bothered by that.
