So I Googled wrecking yard and B&R Auto Wrecking popped up I click on the Corvallis one and got the phone number and call them. I ordered my seat belts then I called them back in order another part. The next morning I called them and cancelled the second part, I was told alright and that he would refund my money. Couple days later I called trying to get ATA because they never sent me my tracking number like I was told I would receive. I also ask about my refund and since the guy who took care of me was not there they couldn't do anything about it. But they did tell me my tracking number but they could do nothing about my refund. Next day I got my seatbelt in the mail, it turned out to be the wrong pair they would not fit. Call them back, and was told that he was not in and they cannot help me. I threw a bit of a hissy fit and they transferred me to another person who said she will send me another seat belt. Turned out I was going to Corvallis the next day so I went to B&R Auto Wrecking in Corvallis. Turned out the people I had called was in Albany and he was not in the office again that day. The guys in the Corvallis office told me that they had a set of seat belts waiting for me and Albany. So they sent me to Albany to go pick up the correct set turned out that they had sent me the part for a 4-door instead of a 2 door car. Halfway to Albany I get a call from the Corvallis office saying we have your seatbelts here can you turn around so I went back there, picked up my seat belts and was told to get my refund I would have to call again to get a hold of the man who said he'll get my refund. The next day I got a hold of him gave gave my card info 4 days later I got my refund. I suggest to this company that they should make it that any of their salesman can work on any clients account.
