I've have been a 5 year customer of Amanda at Bloom Hair Studio. After being dissatisfied with my hair color, I suggested to Amanda that I would like a refund for her services; Amanda's behavior following my request for a refund reflects how little she understands about customer satisfaction. Amanda took no concern in the fact that I explained that I would refuse to refer her and the salon to my friends and family; her elementary behavior resulted in her claiming she didn't/wouldn't want my friends or family as her customers anyhow. I contacted the owner via email the following day to discuss the severity of Amanda's actions and recieved a call back later in the day from the owner to explain that her "friend" Amanda, wouldn't do something like this. The owner excused Amanda's behavior as being my fault and instead denied all accusations made on my behalf towards Amanda and her salon. The color I received could have been obtained by a $7.99 box dye from Target, something that Amanda and Management at the salon took pride in. This was the most non-luxurious experience I've ever encountered; the attitude and disrespect for people, let alone their hard working customers, only prove how non-sustainable this salon really is. Just because you pay more money for a hair service doesn't mean you get better results, consequently I advise you to head to a MasterCuts or SuperCuts to have your hair done rather than waste your time and hard earned money at Bloom Hair Studio.
Nirvana at Bloom Studio is without a doubt the best stylist in town. Always friendly, listens intently to what you want and always gives flawless results. The studio itself is always clean with a calm and luxurious feel. Best place in town. High recommend.
