Black Forest

Personally, I like the Black Forest. This is a place you can come to in order to escape pretense. People don't dress to impress at the Black Forest; the conversation is rarely about your job or income. I consider it the best downtown bar for the common man not looking to peacock himself out to the rest of society. THAT SAID; there is an alarming number of times I've met with people there whom have racist viewpoints on the world. This does repulse me; but then again the Nazi's started in a "Beer Hall" and it is _important_ that we don't leave these kinds of spots alone. We must confront prejudice & hatred where they reside.

Good place for karaoke and cheap strong drinks. The best place to start off your night.
