Big Wave Cafe

If I could give more stars, I would. After a long day with cranky kids, this was one of the only places we could find in our area. We were initially told it would be a 45 minute wait before closing, and after trying to find somewhere else and failing, decided to stay. SO GLAD WE DID. They got us a table (for 5) much faster than promised, and were extremely accommodating and sweet. The atmosphere is homey and the music was wonderful. Even though it was more of an adult vibe, my kids felt at home. The food was beyond any expectations I had, and the portions and quality were amazing. THEY BROUGHT THE KIDS FOOD FIRST!! I wanted to hug them. We all cleared every crumb off our plates with vigor. Our server, Tassi, informed us it was one of her first days of serving ever, and was trying so hard to do her best despite it being crazy at the end of a long day. She was sweet and kind, and apologetic for the waiting. I will gladly wait hours for more food from there!
