You will absolutely love this workout! To say that I am addicted to this workout is an understatement! Carolyn, Ellie, Chelsea and Stephanie are all very motivating and attentive. My strength since starting this class has completely transformed. I look forward to coming into the welcoming atmosphere and the beautifully decorated gym. I highly recommend this gym for anyone that is looking for a high intensity low impact workout!
