So this was my first time coming here. Really wanted a diner, hole in the wall shop burger and there isnt many or any options in beaverton. I go in and immediately the customer service is very poor. No smile, no greeting, that service or attitude you get from employees where you almost feel like just you being there is an annoyance lol. I ordered 2 burgers and a steak sandwich, 2 fries and onion rings. She charged me and I left for a bit to go next door and get drinks. When I came back, she tells me she undercharged me for one the burgers and that I needed to pay more. To owners and employees, this is a huge no no to a customer. It is not the customers fault for you charging incorrectly. You should never ask the customer to pay more after being rung up. Just courtesy and good customer service. She just expected me to blindly give her more money without really looking into how much she actually charged vs what I should have been charged. My receipt doesnt have itemized charges, just a total so I asked her for her receipt. She tells me she only charged 50cents for the 2nd burger, which wasnt true. She didnt even charge for the 2nd burger. The 50 cents was for cheese, which doesnt come on a regular burger to begin with. They charge 25 cents for cheese on a burger. I also see that on their menu, they list waffle fries (jumbo size ) for $4.25. Her receipt charged me 4.50 for each fry. Thats already a 50 cent overcharge then it should have been. So she ends up telling me to pay $4 more and I am not a difficult customer, so I just pay instead of arguing or complaining. Went home, food was pretty decent. Frozen patties, nothing amazing. The steak sandwich was pretty delicious. The waffle fries and onion rings were bomb. The biggest problem I had with my 4 patty burger was that they only put one slice of cheese on it lol. Even the double cheeseburger there was one slice. If they only charge 25 cents for one slice of cheese, they should ask how many slices you would want on a double or quadruple burger. Who the hell wants one slice? Nobody lol. Just an overall bad experience. Mostly because of poor communication and poor service. Otherwise the meal was decent and I'd return again if not for the fear of being mischarged
