Absolutely horrible store. Price on the wedding dress was fine but they were incredibly unprofessional. The bridesmaids dresses arrived a month and a half late and were the wrong color and 2 sizes too big on some of the ladies. Then when we were supposed to come in to try them on the lady called and said they were LOCKED OUT OF THE STORE BECAUSE THEY DIDNT PAY THEIR RENT. And now we cant do a tux fitting through them because they cant even get into their store. Dont work with these people

I had a great experience here. My boyfriend (bride to be), her mom, and myself (maid of honor) walked in and were immediately greeted by a super nice girl named Ashley. She helped us right away and gave honest opinions on everything. The bride to be liked the first dress she tried on and a few more after. She went back to the first dress and said YES! We all appreciated the great service.

I have previously been here to alter my wedding dress (I moved to Eugene after purchasing my dress in Houston). The woman who did my alterations was timely and very nice, so when I needed similar services for a bridesmaid dress I wanted to go back here. However, I went in to ask they measure me so I know what size to order online (they do not carry the designer I needed) and they refused. Just flat out refused to measure me because they didn't want the liability if I ordered the wrong size online. I hope they know they missed out on a repeat customer.
