I dropped off some prints to be matted and backed and was told that they would be done by Christmas. On New Years Eve, I called and left a message for them to return my call. I heard nothing and the day after New Years I called again. It took them a long time to find my order, and once they did they said that they didn't know much about the order and it hadn't even been started.
When I asked how long it would take, since I have been waiting a ridiculous amount of time, the woman was rude and said she would call me.
I am doubtful that I will get any response.
