We will NOT recommend this company for these reasons. We found this company on yellow page and hired them to do a mold test. They came and collected sample on 3/9 and said the result will be ready on 3/14. No words whatsoever when 3/14 came. When we called the office the next day, receptionist said the person who collected the sample, Rex, was in a class and will leave a message for him to call back. A week past, we never received any call from Rex. We've tried more times by calling the office. As of today, 2 weeks from the sample-collecting day, no response, no result. The office said the result is back but they can't send it without the person who did it being available. We need the result because our tenant needs to see it to decide whether and when to move back in. It's hard for us to believe a company would conduct business this way. As of now, we are still waiting for the test result. That's 2 weeks from the day the sample was collected, and over a week from the day when the result was promised to be available.
