Reviewing the new manager "Amy." Extremely unprofessional. Talks in circles and won't directly answer any of your questions. Not to mention talks above you. Also, has a very distracting tongue ring. Was not expecting this in a manager for such an upscale place. I would expect this at Walmart, but certainly not here. I am not a current resident, and due to the unfortunate interaction I had with Amy, I will never be one either. For what its worth she also ordered me to "leave her office." Very disappointed in how she handled the situation and I think Greystar needs to be aware of her aggressive behavior. Other staff such as Daniel (spelling?) were extremely professional. I think he deserves a promotion and should definatley replace Amy as manager. Concierge also deserves a shout out as they are very friendly as well.
