Nice rental property. Very nicely decorated and equipped three-bedroom property. There is some good seating outside in the front yard that gets good Sunshine although the property is somewhat close to Highway 101 so you do get some road noise. I don't notice the road noise on the inside of the property though. A fairly short walk to the ocean although you do need to cross occasionally busy highway. Pretty spacious driveway that can hold for cars probably.
