Apolloni Vineyards

We made the mistake of picking their "special" tasting of sparkling wines. Very disappointing. Most were super sweet. All had no depth beyond the initial taste. Of the 4 wineries we visited today, this was the most disappointing. Their sangiovese is supposed to be good. But we didn't get a chance to try it.
