Called to ask a basic question about medication because our regular vets office was closed. The girl who answered the phone was extremely RUDE and seemed to want to argue about the medication my dog was prescribed rather than be helpful. She lacked basic empathy for our situation. Will be searching for a new emergency center. I wouldn't let her touch my dog with a ten foot pole with that lack of compassion.
