I don’t write reviews. I feel like I have better things to do with my time but I’ve used up all my patience. I went in for a contact/eye exam on February 23. They didn’t have one of the contacts in stock for me to try on so they had to order it, which is understandable, I’ve had to have trial pairs ordered many times before. They said it would be about 7-10 business days for said contact to come in. After 2 weeks and no call, I called the store and they informed me that it had not come in yet. I gave it a few days and called again, still not there. I called the next couple of days in a row and still nothing. It has now been a month since my exam and the trial pair of contacts are still not in. I’m not sure what to do at this point. I’m thinking about giving it a little bit more time (but isn’t a month long enough?) and if they’re still not in I'll probably see about a refund. I don’t have my prescription or the trial pair of contacts, which is what I paid for. I signed up for the 3 year eye club but do I really want to go through this again the next two years?
