If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My kitty recently had surgery at this clinic performed by Dr. Minor and I am more than pleased with him and his staff. The receptionists are so kind and reassuring and Dr. Minor is great at what he does. I was talking to a lady in the waiting room while waiting to pick up my cat and she said Dr. Minor has been taking care of her animals for 30 years. You can really tell when people care and I really felt like every staff member cared about my cat and making sure that I was reassured that everything would be fine. I feel that it is really important to write a review on how my experience went here because when I was searching for clinics for my cat I read the reviews for this clinic and that's what gave me the push to go here. From here on out if my cat needs to be taken somewhere for care this is the place I will be going to!
I love this place! From the start they were so helpful. Karen took my call, answered my questions and was so fabulous. When we got there, it was so quiet, tidy, and relaxed. Dr Minor and Tina (aka The Cat Whisperer) actually took loads of time explaining to me what was wrong with my Maine Coons and how it would be fixed and also how we'd try to keep it from happening again. My cats are rather standoffish and, well let's face it - snobs, but they warmed up to them both so quickly that I was rather shocked. Of course there is a bit of cat pheromone in a plug-in like device in the room but I could see that it was the way they handled them too. There were no yapping dogs or other loud noises to spook them either so it was very mellow and not the traumatic event I thought it would be (my cats are not terribly sociable and are indoors only). I've found the perfect Dr and Staff for my furred and purring family members!
Simon got into some trouble and they fixed him right up. I was worried about the bill but all things considered it was reasonable. Friendly staff, just an awesome experience in a bad day.
