DO NOT refinance with these people!! They do not communicate, lose documents, forget what you talked about last week. Important things like your rates! That they were suppose to lock in! Yeah right! Won't happen. They will claim that they will waive your fees, but when they drag your loan out for months and you want nothing but to finish the process will want fees paid. Their voicemails will be full so you can't even leave messages. Very unprofessional! Don't do it!
