I bought a couch a little over a year ago and since i paid it off in the first four months the will not warranty the couch and it is coming apart at the seems and they won't even contact me, terrible customer service. If they don't make the extra off of you they don't give a darn about you. I wouldn't even give them a partial star but I had to.
