After we fulfilled our contract length we told them to cancel our account in May. In December we were still receiving monthly bills on our credit card. The local person said it couldn’t be fixed on-site, I had to call member services. Member services (an 800 number) said it had to be done locally and said she’d be sure we got a call within a week. They never called. Ripped us off for $315.
